++“All Systems Red - A Murderbot Book”++

Every once in a while one of those books hits your perifery in a way that you know there’s something about it that’s pulling you towards it; like gravity and orbit are intertwined. This book was like that for me; did I like it? Yes, if I were to offer a rating, we’re probably in the 6.5-7/10 range. More enjoyable than a stick in the eye. I like the sarcasm, I like the…well…realism if we can call it that.

The world itself is very imaginative, recycled humans become part bot part feeling human in a manner of speaking. This one is a not-inauspicious start to a series which I fully intend to continue to read.

For the record, I began reading it as a (ahem) Sidequest on 7/21/26 and finished it on 7/23/26. Not a lot of time to speed through a book, but it was relatively short.

I will keep reading the series. G.
